By booking a mantrailing session with Derby K9 you are agreeing to these terms and conditions, Failure to comply with these terms and conditions can or will end your session without a refund and may also mean you will not be accepted to book a session in the future.

• By booking this event I confirm that you and your dog participate at our own risk. you will not hold Derby K9 responsible for any injuries caused to you or your dog .
• You agree to follow all instructions, routines and guidance by the instructors.
• You must keep your dog under close control during the whole session by securing in a vehicle, or on a lead or line at all times.
• you must contact us with any specific dietary requirements or allergy’s we should be aware of prior to the event date.
• Any specific requirements to our usual routines must be discussed and agreed prior to booking.

A session is deemed to be from arrival at the session location to the end of all trails for all those participating in the event.

Cancellation Policy

This policy refers to all our bookings including but not limited to services, sessions, classes and mantrailing.

By you

15 days and over – full refund – less10% admin fee                                                                    
10-14 days prior to the event – 75% refund
 5-9 days prior to the event – 50% refund
 With less than 5 day’s notice, no refund will be given

By us 

If a mantrailing event or a one-to-one session has to be cancelled you will be able to transfer to an alternative date or you can choose to receive a full refund.

Should any mantrailing sessions need to be cancelled due to the weather conditions they will be rescheduled and the details posted on our facebook page www.facebook.com/DerbyK9
